At Aerosoles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
